Referral partners
For accountants, bookkeepers, printers, sign-makers, photographers and brand studios. Introduce a business that needs a site, and if they go ahead, I’ll send you £50 as a thank-you.
You meet businesses at the moment they start, rebrand or grow, which is exactly when a website comes up. I don’t do accounts, print or signs, so we’re not competing for the same work.
I’m Matthew, a web designer and developer in the Midlands. I build fast, mobile-first sites for trades, salons, clinics, shops and cafés.
How it works
Give them my name, or email us both (matthewwright.studio@gmail.com) so I can follow up. Either way, I’ll know the introduction came from you.
Within 2 working days they get a mock-up of their new homepage, then a fixed quote within 24 hours of a short call. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
If they go ahead, I send you £50 by bank transfer within 7 days of their deposit clearing. There’s no limit on how many clients you introduce.
What your client gets
Built from their real business, so they can judge the work before spending anything.
Starter sites £400–£650, Shopify from £600, agreed up front. Your thank-you is never added to their bill.
They deal with me directly from first call to launch. Most Starter sites go live in about a week.
Questions
A business I wasn’t already talking to that mentions your name before I quote, or that you introduce by email. If two people introduce the same business, the first introduction counts.
Then there’s nothing to pay, and they keep the mock-up advice. I won’t chase them beyond a single follow-up.
Yes, please do. Accountants should check their professional body’s rules: ACCA and ICAEW members are generally expected to disclose referral fees to clients.
Yes. When my clients need accounts, print, signs or photography, I recommend partners I know, with no fee expected.
No. These terms are the whole arrangement, and you can stop at any time.
Across the Midlands
Email us both, or just give them my number. Happy to meet for a coffee and leave a few cards if you’re nearby.
